I had a fantastic experience with Billy when I was in a panic about my walls after a wallpaper removal disaster. I messaged him and sent him photos and he assured me it was not a problem and he could get the job done. He quickly came over and worked wonders with the spackling and painting restoring my walls to perfection. You wouldn't even know there was wallpaper up and it looks just like it did when I first moved in. Billy even went to Home Depot and RONA to get the correct paint match to ensure everything looked just right—now that’s dedication! He also left me with some spackle and extra paint in case I wanted to make any adjustments (which is not necessary because it is literally perfect). What impressed me even more was that he completed this work on his birthday! He was incredibly fast, efficient, and friendly throughout the process. His kindness and professionalism made the experience so much better and really shows his character. I highly recommend Billy and Ace Projects Contracting! He truly goes above and beyond to ensure perfection in all that he does. Thank you Billy! I am so relieved.

Billy came to our apartment with a very friendly and positive attitude. Our bathroom ceiling was damaged due to a leaky pipe from the apartment unit above. While things were being sorted with the plumbers (which took months), Billy took the time to provide us with temporary solutions that allowed our family to continue showering without fear of having used water dripping on us from above. As a family with young kids, he allowed us to have the peace of mind that our kids were showering in clean water. We are so grateful for Billy's attention, great care, and easy communication. When the leak was finally addressed by the plumbers, Billy repaired our damaged ceiling and installed an access panel that looks so much better than the original!
